Via your manufacturer

If you didn’t buy your device through Three Business, you can book a repair directly with your manufacturer. If your device is within its warranty period and your issue is covered, this won’t cost you anything.

At a Three store

If you bought your device from us and are covered by your warranty, just head to any Three store. We’ll book in your repair and send it off for you.

Unfortunately, if you have a Google or Huawei device, you can't currently book a repair in a Three store. You’ll need to contact your manufacturer directly.

Out of warranty: Assurant repairs

If you’re out of warranty, you can take your device to any Assurant store and use their out-of-warranty repair service. Find out more and book your repair slot.

Before booking a repair

Follow these steps before sending your device off for repair:

  1. Update your software and follow the troubleshooting tips on our device support pages
  2. Back up your data to your PC, or the cloud
  3. Remove your SIM card and any memory cards you've installed
  4. Remove your Google account from Android devices and turn off Find My iPhone on Apple devices

More about warranties

All new devices come with a manufacturers' warranty, which can vary between providers. You can check the manufacturers' website for their warranty policy. The warranties on the Like New devices we sell cover you for 12 months.

If your device suffers from a manufacturer fault and you’re within your warranty period, the manufacturer will cover the cost of the repair. If your problem was caused by something other than a manufacture fault, or your device is out of warranty, you’ll have to pay to get it fixed unless you have third party insurance that covers you.
